Reserving without a mouse, a screen or perfect eyesight
Last updated October 25, 2026.
These pages are built to WCAG 2.2 at level AA. Each word and button stands out from its background by at least the AA contrast ratio, each form control carries a visible label, a keyboard reaches everything with the focus ring shown, screen readers can open the menu, the questions and the request form, and on a phone the text wraps instead of running off the side.
The wings
The two wings beside each area show road miles to each airport. Every wing has a text label for screen readers, and the same miles are printed as numbers in the next columns.
Extra time at the door
Tell the desk in the request or on the phone what would help: extra time at the door, a hand with the bags, a low step. The desk asks the charter company whether it can provide it and tells you the answer in writing, either way.
Typing into the request form
Every field in the ride request form has a written label and says when it is needed. If a field is left empty, the form names the field and moves focus to it instead of sending. The date and time field opens from the next day, at least 8 hours ahead; the same limit applies to requests made by phone.
When a page gets in the way
Call +1 (310) 645-3762 or write to rides@ahtransportationinc.com; a reservation can always be made by phone. The desk replies within one hour while open. You can also send a ride request.
