AH Transportation is a reservation desk in Westchester. Every ride is priced, driven and billed by one California charter-party carrier, a charter company with its own state permit.

Fields collected, one by one

Airport, city area, street address, direction, date and time, flight number, car size, luggage and extras (including a child's age and weight for a seat), your name, mobile phone, email, how you want the reply, your note, and whether you agree to texts about the ride. The form asks for no card, no payment, no ID and no health details.

Why and with whom

Only to reserve the ride you asked for. The desk shares the request with the one charter company that will quote and drive it, and with the form relay that carries the message to the desk's mailbox. Your details are not sold, not shared for anyone's advertising, and not used for marketing messages.

Server records

The host of this site and the form relay keep short technical records of each visit or message, such as the IP address and the time, to keep the service running and to stop abuse. The desk does not use them to identify visitors.

How long

Requests and quotes are kept for 24 months after the ride date, for questions, refunds and records, then deleted.

No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and runs no analytics or advertising tags. If ads for this desk run in future, they will be measured without tracking you on this site unless this policy is updated first and says how.

Your choices, including California rights

Write to privacy@ahtransportationinc.com or call +1 (310) 645-3762 to see what the desk keeps on you, to get a copy, to correct it or to have it erased. The desk answers within 45 days and does not treat you differently for asking. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals need no action here, because nothing is tracked.

Text messages about a ride

Texts are sent only if you check the box, only about your ride. Reply STOP to end them; the desk stops texting as soon as it reads the STOP, and within 10 business days at the latest.

Requests from minors

Requests come from riders 18 and over, and the desk does not knowingly collect details from anyone younger.

A change to this policy is posted here with a new date. Questions go to the address above; reservation rules are in the reservation terms.
