Plans moved after a reserved ride in Los Angeles: what the Westchester desk does next
Last updated October 25, 2026.
Every ride reserved here is carried out by one California charter-party carrier, and its written quote states its own change and cancellation terms, including any charge for a late change or cancellation. Those terms decide; this page explains how the desk handles each case.
Before the written yes
Nothing is held and nothing is paid. Stop answering, or write “no thanks”; that is the whole of it.
Once the quote is accepted
- Change of time, address or car size. Call or write the desk. The desk asks the company and replies with a new written quote if the fare moves, or a written confirmation if it does not.
- Cancellation. Call or write the desk with the date and the pickup street. The desk passes it to the company within one hour while open (by 5 a.m. if it arrives overnight) and sends you the company's written confirmation of the cancellation.
- Flight delay. If you gave the flight number, the company can plan around the landing; waiting beyond what the quote includes is charged only as the quote says.
- The company cancels. The desk tells you as soon as it hears and asks the company for another time or car. Anything you paid comes back under the company's written terms, and the desk follows up until the refund is confirmed in writing.
Money coming back
Payments go to the company, so refunds come from the company under its written terms.
To make a change now, call or write the desk.
